Dear Mr. Warden:

Enclosed is an application (XCOM1047/04), dated November 19, 2020, received by the U.S.

Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), from Westinghouse Electric Company LLC, requesting Amendment No. 04 to export license XCOM1047 /03 for the export of especially designed or prepared equipment and components for nuclear reactors as listed in Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations Appendix A, Items (5) through (11), including instrumentation and control system and service/test/installation tools and equipment for these items.

The purpose of the amendment is to: 1) remove Civil Nuclear Power Plants in Ukraine; 2) update the point of contact; and 3 ) extend the date of expiration from December 31, 2020 to December 31, 2036.

As a matter of process, and in accordance with 10 CFR Part 110.82, the applications will be public for 30 days before the NRC takes any action on them.
