SHINE Technologies, LLC Operating License Application Supplement No. 9 Submittal of a Revision to the SHINE Physical Security Plan Pursuant to 10 CFR Part 50.30, SHINE Technologies, LLC (SHINE) submitted an application for an operating license for a medical isotope production facility (Reference 1) to be located in Janesville, WI. As part of the application, and under separate cover, SHINE submitted the Physical Security Plan (Reference 2). SHINE has determined that a revision to the Physical Security Plan is necessary to address considerations discussed with the NRC Staff during a September 2021, clarification call. provides a revision the SHINE Physical Security Plan. Enclosure 1 contains safeguards information, as defined in 10 CFR 73.2. SHINE requests that the NRC withhold from unauthorized disclosure under 1 O CFR 73.21.
