In accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 72.248(c)(6), Westinghouse Electric Company LLC (Westinghouse) is required to submit an update of the FuelSolutions' Spent Fuel Management System Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR) to NRC every 24 months. By this letter, Westinghouse hereby notifies NRC that there have been no changes to the FSAR (References 2-4) for the FuelSolutions' Spent Fuel Management System (Reference 1) since the previous biennial FSAR update report was submitted to NRC (Reference 5).
