This is in response to the IMS Systems, Inc. letter dated June 8, 2021, requesting an amendment to registration certificate NR-1120-D-101-S to includ e a new model to the 5245 Series. We have completed our review of your request, and a co py of the amended registration NR-1120-D-101-S is enclosed.
You must manufacture and distribute the product in accordance w ith the statements and representations contained in your application, with enclosures thereto, and the information set out in your registration certificate. As a general rule, you m ust request and obtain an amendment to the certificate before you make changes or modific ations to the information submitted to obtain the certificate.
Please read over the registration certificate in its entirety a nd notify us immediately of any errors or omissions.
You are obligated to notify us promptly in writing if you decid e to no longer manufacture, distribute, or offer service support for the product.
