The Commission was briefed on a variety of medical issues by representatives from the Advisory Committee on the Medical Uses of Isotopes (ACMUI). The topics discussed included an overview of ACMUI activities; ACMUIs review and analysis of reported medical events from Fiscal Years 2017-2020; abnormal occurrence criteria; emerging radiopharmaceutical therapy knowledge requirements in theranostics; and perspectives on the role of the patient advocate.
