Dear Mr. Grantham:

Thank you for your letter of September 13, 2021, regarding the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commissions (NRCs) Final Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the Interim Storage Partners LLC (ISP) license application for a consolidated interim storage facility for spent nuclear fuel in Andrews County, Texas. The license and supporting documents can be found in ADAMS at Accession No. ML21188A096.

Sincerely, Signed by Tappert, John on 10/14/21 John R. Tappert, Director Division of Rulemaking, Environmental, and Financial Support Office of Nuclear Material Safety and Safeguards Docket No. 72-1050
