I have placed an electronic version of the request for additional information (RAI) question for Topical Report Holtec Decommissioning International (HDI) HI-2200750 Revision 0, Holtec Spent Fuel Pool Heat Up Calculation Methodology, in the box.com folder and have given you access to it. This email serves as the formal transmittal of the RAI question.
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff has not redacted any proprietary information from the RAI question so the file in the Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) and box.com are marked as proprietary. The RAI question has also been placed in ADAMS as nonpublic so it can be declared as an Official Agency Record.
When responding to the RAI question, please provide a proprietary and nonproprietary version of both the RAI question and the response. Your formal response, provided via letter under authorized signature, will generate the public version of the RAI question as well as the response.
