Monday, September 27, 2021 11:26:06 AM Hello David, I had originally accepted this submission for review; however, after conferring with our legal counsel, it was decided to rescind our acceptance for review since we have already reviewed and responded to the submission of this legislation in our letter dated May 22, 2019 (ML19057A486), i.e., that the State did not have authority to regulate high level waste under their 274b. Agreement.
