EXT: RAIs for GNF-A Biennial Exercise Exemption Request Scott The May 14, 2020 letter (ADAMS ML20120A003) regarding handing requests for exemptions due to the Covid public health emergency, included bulleted items as information to provide when seeking reviews under these circumstances. The information listed are based in established protocols and precedents for similar accommodations for relief reviews and justification of such.
Based on those bulleted points, the NRC staff is asking for additional information to address each that was not clear or was absent from the GNF-A Biennial Exercise Exemption request. The requests for additional information are attached.
As a reminder, using email for expedited response and information exchange requires us to submit the correspondence to ADAMS and docket the item as related to this review. Please let me know if you need anything to support.
