[External_Sender] Westinghouse Columbia Fuel Fabrication Facility Concern Please do not grant Westinghouse a 40 year permit.
I ask that you consider a shorter permit period of 5 years. 40 years is too long. half a lifetime.
There has been a number of issues addressed but not cleaned up/completed.
My hope is that a shorter permit period would encourage Westinghouse to be more diligent and follow through on a daily basis concerning the hazards and long-term damage they create or can create to our community. With a 40 year permit period, they become too lax and a LOT of damage can be done before being addressed. Its frightening.
