[External_Sender] SNM-1373
Hello Osiris:
Our team working on theSNM-1337 license renewal met to discuss the path forward to modify the NRC SNM license application. It was agreed that in order to allow sufficient time for the Reactor Safety Committee to reviewthe modified license application, that we would like to request an additional 30 days, for a total of 90 days for ISU's responseto the request for information. (Most of the Reactor Safety Committee members are employed full time outside of ISU and thus have requested the 30 day review period for all documents going forward.)
The general plan is as follows:
Days 1-45 make necessary changes to document Days 45-75 Reactor Safety Committee review Days 75-90 make final changes based on review and submit
Would the NRC be willing to grant ISU this additional extension? And do I need to make this requestwith a formal letter?
Thank you Osiris.
Best-Donna
