National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Permit No. IL0048321 In accordance with the notification requirement in Section 3.2, "Reporting Related to the NPDES Permits and State Certifications," of Appendix B, "Environmental Protection Plan," to Renewed Facility Operating License Nos. NPF-72 and NPF-77 for Braidwood Station Units 1 and 2, Exelon Generation Company, LLC (EGC) is providing a copy of new National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Permit No. IL00048321.
. The renewed permit was issued by the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency on August 20, 2021 with an effective date of September 1, 2021 and an expiration date of August 31, 2026.
