Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), I am responding to your letter dated September 29, 2019, to the NRCs Executive Director of Operations, in which you appealed the agencys decision related to your September 25, 2018 Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request, FOIA NRC-2018-000831 for records generated or received by the NRC relating to past, existing or proposed harvesting of aged materials from operating reactors and decommissioning or decommissioned reactors from January 1, 2015 to October 2, 2018.
Specifically, you appealed the lack of response.
Acting on your appeal, I have reviewed the records for this case and confirmed that the NRC provided a response to FOIA NRC-2018-000831 to you on September 10, 2021.
For this reason, your appeal has been administratively closed.
