All records available, including photographs, documents, memorandums, e-mails, reports, details etc., pertaining to the fire in the X-326 building at the Portsmouth Gaseous Diffusion Plant on December 9, 1998 for the time frame December 9th, 1998 - May 31st, 2000 PART I. -- INFORMATION RELEASED The NRC has made some, or all, of the requested records publicly available through one or more of the following means:

Agency records subject to the request are enclosed.

Records subject to the request that contain information originated by or of interest to another Federal agency have been referred to that agency (See Part I.D -- Comments) for a disclosure determination and direct response to you.

PART I.B -- INFORMATION NOT LOCATED OR WITHHELD FROM DISCLOSURE We did not locate any agency records responsive to your request. The NRC received your appeal NRC-2021-000234, appealing the adequacy of search for NRC 2021-000219.

The agency had provided three publicly available records in response to 2021-000219 to you.

Upon receipt of your appeal NRC 2021-000234, our Subject Matter Experts conducted a new search and located additional responsive records for your request.

Subsequently, the agency opened a new request for you, NRC 2021-000238.
