QUALIFIED CRITICALITY SAFETY TECHNICAL REVIEWER NOTIFICATION In accordance with Inspection Manual Chapter (IMC) 1246, Appendix C1, Tanner Boone has successfully completed the NMSS/DFM requirements of the Fuel Cycle Facility Technical Reviewer Qualification Journal with scope as a Criticality Safety Technical Reviewer.
In addition to the extensive training and reading requirements set forth in the Qualification Journal, Tanner Boone has performed additional training specific to its scope area, as well as, completion of casework activities to gain experience as a Fuel Cycle Technical Reviewer. Documentation of completion of all requirements is included in Attachment 1.
On August 11, 2021, Tanner Boone successfully completed a Qualification Board. The Qualification Board consisted of questions related to the study guides and requirements set forth in IMC 1246, Appendix C1. Based on the completion of the Qualification Journal, Qualification Board, and casework, we have qualified Tanner Boone as a Criticality Safety Technical Reviewer.
