Objective
- Identify best practices and lessons learned to enhance future construction regulatory activities.
- Assess the licensing; inspections, tests, analyses, and acceptance criteria (ITAAC); and construction oversight and inspection programs.
Two Products:
- Document lessons learned for a broad review of internal processes used to support the construction project.
- Publicly available summary report focused on construction inspection, ITAAC, and licensing insights
- Started a lessons learned initiative to inform ongoing new reactor licensing activities
- Developing an Advanced Reactor Construction Inspection and Oversight Framework
Project Plan
- The staffs lessons learned charter (ADAMS Accession No. ML21160A031) contains the milestones for this effort.
