Dear Suzanne,
Regarding the attached NRC Order EA-20-153 which suspended ConverDyns authorization to export of EURATOM-obligated material to the United Kingdom, I am happy to inform you that the U.S. Government has now obtained EURATOMs pre-approval to retransfer EURATOM-obligated material to the U.K. Therefore, in accordance with the Order, this email serves as your notice that all provisions of the Order are now expired.
ConverDyn can once again export EURATOM-obligated material to the U.K. under its existing license(s). Note that the Order provision related to Canadian-obligated material was previously rescinded by the email below from my colleague Lauren Mayros.

ConverDyn is authorized once again to export Canadian-obligated material to the UK under your existing export license(s). The portion of the Order that applies to EURATOM-obligated material is still in effect. Please let me know if you have any questions.
