RE: webinar regarding the creation of a GEIS for Advanced Nuclear Reactors Dear Ms. Cleary Attached is the transcription of the meeting and the meeting slides. The generic environmental impact statement evaluates impacts generically for advanced reactors. When an application is received for an advanced reactor the NRC would issue a site specific EIS that would evaluated site specific issues such as historic and cultural resource impacts and would conduct NHPA Section 106 consultation. If you have any questions, please call.

[External_Sender] webinar regarding the creation of a GEIS for Advanced Nuclear Reactors

Dear Mr. Cushing,

San Manuel Band of Mission Indians received the scoping letter regarding the creation of a GEIS for Advanced Nuclear Reactors (84 FR 24040). Unfortunately, no one from the Cultural Resources Management Department here as unable to attend the May 28th public scoping webinar.

I was wondering if the webinar was recorded or transcribed in any way, and if so, if I might be able to acquire a copy of this recording.

Thank you,

Alexandra Alexandra McCleary TRIBAL ARCHAEOLOGIST O: (909) 864-8933 x502023 M: (909) 633-0054 26569 Community Center Dr Highland California 92346 THIS MESSAGE IS INTENDED ONLY FOR THE USE OF THE INDIVIDUAL OR ENTITY TO WHICH IT IS ADDRESSED AND MAY CONTAIN INFORMATION THAT IS PRIVILEGED, CONFIDENTIAL AND EXEMPT FROM DISCLOSURE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
