In accordance with 10 CFR 71.106(b), Westinghouse Electric Company LLC (Westinghouse) provides the following 24-month report. The revised Form 311 (Reference 1) was issued to Westinghouse on December 23, 2020.

As stated in Westinghouses 2019 submittal of the 24-month report (Reference 2), Revision 7 of Westinghouses Quality Management System (QMS) was approved by NRC in 2014 (Reference 3).

By letter dated April 27, 2020 (Reference 4), Westinghouse notified NRC of changes to the Westinghouse QMS. The revision includes provisions for an extended grace period, beyond the 90-day grace period identified in RG 1.28. The extended grace period can be utilized during exigent conditions, including: a national emergency, severe localized or national weather conditions, or localized outbreak of a severe health concern to the public and licensee. NRC accepted these changes as stated in the NRC final safety evaluation (Reference 7). Post NRC review, a final accepted version of QMS was issued to NRC on May 19, 2020 (Reference 5). No additional changes have been made to the Quality Assurance Program.
