COPY OF THE FINAL ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT STATEMENT FOR INTERIM STORAGE PARTNERS, LLCS LICENSE APPLICATION FOR A CONSOLIDATED INTERIM STORAGE FACILITY FOR SPENT NUCLEAR FUEL IN ANDREWS COUNTY, TEXAS

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff has completed a final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) for Interim Storage Partners, LLCs license application for a consolidated interim storage facility for spent nuclear fuel in Andrews County, Texas. In the FEIS, the NRC staff has addressed the relevant environmental issues and documented its determination regarding the potential environmental impacts from the construction and operation of the proposed facility.
