PART I.B -- INFORMATION NOT LOCATED OR WITHHELD FROM DISCLOSURE We did not locate any agency records responsive to your request. Note: Agencies may treat three discrete categories of law enforcement and national security records as not subject to the FOIA ("exclusions"). See 5 U.S.C. 552(c). This is a standard notification given to all requesters; it should not be taken to mean that any excluded records do, or do not, exist.

This response also serves to acknowledge receipt of your request.
Upon receipt of your request, we reached out to staff in the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (NRR) to ascertain whether the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) maintains copies of the INPO peer review reports (also known as INPO evaluation reports). NRR staff informed us that, in accordance with the Memorandum of Agreement between INPO and the NRC (the most recent of which may be found in ADAMS as ML20125A374), INPO does not provide copies of these proprietary reports to NRC staff. Rather, INPO may make such reports available for NRC staff to inspect, either at a licensee's site or at INPO's offices in Atlanta, Georgia. As such, the NRC does not maintain copies of these reports.
