Dear Ms. Gayheart:
The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Office of Investigations (OI) has closed the subject case to determine whether an individual was discriminated against for raising safety concerns at the Joseph M. Farley Nuclear Plant.
The NRC determined that based upon the evidence developed during the investigation there was insufficient evidence to substantiate the allegation that the individual was discriminated against for raising safety concerns. We plan no further action with regard to this matter. Should you have any questions concerning this letter, please contact us.
