This is a Comment-Gathering Meeting. The purpose of this meeting is for NRC staff to meet directly with individuals to receive comments from participants on specific NRC decisions and actions to ensure that NRC staff understands their views and concerns.

Purpose:

The purpose of this meeting is for the NMSS COVID-19 Public Health Emergency (PHE)

Oversight Activities Assessment Phase B Working Group (the Working Group) to obtain feedback concerning the implementation of NRC inspections in the NMSS Program areas (Nuclear Materials Users, Spent Fuel and Transportation, Fuel Cycle Facilities, Uranium Recovery and Decommissioning). This feedback will be considered by the Working Group when forming recommendations on potential enhancements to the inspection programs based on what has been experienced and learned during the COVID-19 PHE. The Working Group charter is available in ADAMS at Accession No. ML21085A576.
