Quality Assurance Program Approval for Radioactive Material Packages No. 0935, Revision 10
Dear Sir or Madam:
In accordance with the changes made to 10 CFR 71.106 for the Quality Assurance Program Approvals outlined, attached please find Revision 8 to the EnergySolutions Quality Assurance Program, ES-QA-PG-001. As required in the changes made to 10 CFR 71.106, this submission is made in response to the 24-month period following the July 5, 2019, approval date for QA Program Approval No. 71-0935, Rev. No. 10.
As allowed in the new regulations in 10 CFR 71.106, changes made in Revision 8 did not reduce commitments and were implemented without prior NRC approval. Change bars are included in the attached Revision 8 to denote changed text. Changes in Revision 8 are as follows:
