We canceled the 2020 invoice for GL-35659 (see attached) but doesnt look like the transfer letter made it over to Chris team. Im adding it to ADAMS and will send to Chris when I get the links. Im going to tell the licensee not to worry about the registration he just received. Kelly, was an invoice sent for this GL in Batch 4? If so, Ill let him know he can ignore it.

Donald, I received an annual registration of generally licensed devices packet in the mail regarding our ASOMA machine that we disposed of in early 2020..Im getting a little concerned as to if we are on record showing that we disposed of this machine? Respectfully, this is now the second year that we received this annual registration packet. I still have the receipt and termination letter from when we mailed the machine to Zetex Enterprises, the disposal facility in Texas.

Can you please confirm if Im able to avoid this mail or perhaps put me in contact with someone there that can confirm that my annual registration is no longer needed since we no longer have this machine.
