Pursuant to 10 CFR 71.106(b), this letter is submitted to notify of changes made to the GEH Morris Operation QAP during the preceding 24-month period. During this period, the GEH Morris QAP made minor editorial changes, administrative improvements, and clarifications to reflect current organization and responsibilities changes (Ref 2). The structure of the organization and assignment of responsibility for each activity ensure that designated parties will perform the work to achieve and maintain specified quality requirements. This revision had no effect on the effectiveness of the plan. These changes were submitted to the NRC on 01/23/20 (Ref 3), and subsequently approved by the NRC on 04/15/20 (Ref 4).
