Dear Ms. Johnson:
On July 12, 2021, Holtec submitted a Fee Exemption Request for Review and Endorsement of Holtec Topical Report on Methodology for Fuel Qualification (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System [ADAMS] Accession No. ML21193A005). This letter provides supplemental information to that request.
The original Fee Exemption Request referred to the Draft of the Topical Report on the Methodology for Fuel Qualification for Dry Storage Systems (ADAMS Accession No. ML21032A347). The Fee Exemption Request should also apply to the Topical Report on the Methodology for Fuel Qualification for Dry Storage Systems submittal (ADAMS Accession No. ML21152A259) review and approval fees.
