A copy of the investigative file number 76-01 pertaining to the West Lake Landfill near Bridgeton, Missouri at the Nuclear Regulatory Commission facility in Glen Ellyn, Illinois.

PART I.B -- INFORMATION NOT LOCATED OR WITHHELD FROM DISCLOSURE We did not locate any agency records responsive to your request. RESPONSE TO FREEDOM OF 2021-000175 1 INFORMATION ACT (FOIA) REQUEST RESPONSE TYPE INTERIM FINAL PART I.D -- COMMENTS Upon receipt of your modified request, we tasked the Office of Investigations to search for any responsive records for investigative file number 76-01 pertaining to the West Lake Landfill. Although the Office of Investigations, to whom we had tasked to search for any responsive records, was unable to locate anything based on that file number, a Google search revealed that the NRC had processed a FOIA request, FOIA/PA-2003-0004, concerning Westlake, and processed the investigative report (as well as other records). The entire web package for this FOIA request is ML13028A181; the report is ML13007A393.
