JOINT MOTION FOR CORRECTION OF THE OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT OF THE ORAL ARGUMENT HELD ON JUNE 22, 2021 In accordance with 10 C.F.R. §§ 2.323(a) and 2.327(d) and the Atomic Safety and Licensing Boards Order dated June 28, 2021, the NRC Staff, on behalf of itself, NextEra Energy Point Beach, LLC, and Physicians for Social Responsibility Wisconsin (collectively, the Participants), requests that the Board issue an Order correcting the official transcript of the oral argument held on June 22, 2021, as set forth in the errata listed in the attachment to this motion. The Participants submit that these corrections are necessary to ensure that the transcript accurately reflects the statements made during the oral argument.
