REGULATORY GUIDES During the 687th meeting of the Advisory Committee on Reactor Safeguards (ACRS),
July 7-9, 2021, the Committee considered the following Guides. No response to this memorandum is required.

DG-1383 (proposed new RG 1.246), Acceptability of ASME Section XI, Division 2, Requirements for Reliability and Integrity Management (RIM) Programs for Nuclear Power Plants, for Non-Light Water Reactors, (ML21120A180). No review is requested.
DG-4030 (proposed new RG 4.28), Use of Arcon Methodology for Calculation of Accident-Related Offsite Atmospheric Dispersion Factors, (ML21165A003). The Committee requests review after resolution of public comments.
DG-1388 (RG-1.91, Revision 3), Evaluations of Explosions Postulated to Occur at Nearby Facilities and On Transportation Routes Near Nuclear Power Plants, (ML21139A324). No review is requested.
