Dear Mr. Yox:

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Office of Investigations (OI) has closed the subject case regarding alleged discrimination by Southern Nuclear Operating Company (SNC) and one of your contractors, Bechtel, at Vogtle Units 3 and 4.

The NRC determined that there was insufficient evidence to substantiate the allegation that an individual was not hired or was blacklisted, by SNC or Bechtel, for engaging in protected activities. We plan no further action with regard to this matter. Should you have any questions concerning this letter, please contact us.
