Hope you both are doing well.
As previously discussed, attached please find the discussion areas pertaining to RG 5.75 that we have talked about over the last few weeks. There are two subject areas contained in the attached that we provide the problem statement, our understanding of the language, and the impacts that it would have on the utilities.
We are still in support of a public meeting to discuss these topics further when it is appropriate.
