- Boards, theuseofdecommissioning trust
- funds, thetiming oftransferring spentnuclear fuel to drystorage, options fordecommissioning, andtheneedfor emergency preparedness and security measures asfacilities gothrough thedecommissioning process.
The Commission will further evaluate these issues inourdeliberations onthestaff's draft proposed rule.Also, to ensure that yourcommentsbecomepartoftheofficial record forthis rulemaking, yourletter hasbeenaddedtothedocket.
Thisisanimportant rulemaking formanyreactor communities andother stakeholders.
