- OMB review of information collection clearance packages
- Agreement States involvement in the rulemaking process

- Priority and tangible progress The staff will also consider feedback from todays meeting in developing a rulemaking strategy.
If the Commission approves the rulemaking plan(s), the NRC will conduct further stakeholder engagement during the rulemaking process.
