[EXTERNAL] proposal on admin Tech Spec Good Morning Victoria, Thank you again for organizing a tremendous workshop on RII with Candace. I personally gained a lot of valuable insights listening to presentations and Q&As. As I mentioned, I will be on annual leave for a week beginning Monday. I am taking steps to minimize the impact of that on the progress of the project (e.g., I will occasionally log-in and check for an email from you since you may not be able to send the proposal today). Please CC your proposal to Vic and Tonna Weaver (our lead admin assistant). She will include it in public ADAMS. You are copying it to Vic for his information. I will heavily rely on Vics advice as I proceed to get agency-wide review/comment/concurrence.
