Sixth Interim Notification per 10 CFR Part 21 Degraded Snubber SF1154 Hydraulic Fluid Batch No. 17BLVS293 This letter is a follow up to our previous notification letter dated February 17, 2021 pertaining to the above subject.

The following table reflects the status of US nuclear plants to which SF1154 fluid from Batch 17BL VS293 was shipped by Lake Engineering Company {LEC) in accordance with purchase orders which specified that the requirements of 10 CFR Part 21 are applicable.

Determination in this regard shall continue to involve interaction between Lake Engineering Company and the facilities listed above.

Our present goal is to complete our evaluation by July 6, 2021 at which time a determination will have been made as to whether a substantial safety hazard exists. If additional time is required for the above determination, an interim report shall be submitted that shall include an updated completion date.
