The Office of Nuclear Material Safety and Safeguards has received your letter dated May 17, 2021, transmitting the Minnesota Proposed Regulations to RATS IDs 2018-1, 2018-2, 2018-3, 2019-1, 2019-2, 2020-1, 2020-2, 2020-3, and other provisions not associated with a RATS ID (10 CFR Part 20, App.B, 32.51, 35.11 - 35.19).
