Revised Emergency Plan (E-Plan), Emergency Plan Implementing Procedures (EPIP) and REC/RPSS Handbook Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(q)(5), 10 CFR 50, Appendix E, Section V and 10 CFR 72.44(f), Northern States Power Company, a Minnesota Corporation, doing business as Xcel Energy (hereafter "NSPM"), submits a revision to the Prairie Island Nuclear Generating Plan (PINGP) E-Plan, EPIPs (F3.17 and F3.17.1) and REC/RPSS Handbook as Enclosure 1. A summary of the changes is provided in Enclosure 2. The changes to E-Plan, EPIPs and REC/RPSS Handbook have been reviewed and do not result in a reduction in effectiveness of Emergency Plan.
Summary of Commitments This letter contains no new commitments and no revisions to existing commitments.
