ODCM1.2.5.1 Action a andTS3.3.3.9 Actionb require submittal ofthe Special Report, pursuant toTS6.9.2, for oftheGaseous Radwaste TreatmentSystem inoperability andits Explosive GasMonitoring Instrumentation.

TheWaste GasSystem 'B' Train wasdeclared inoperable on March 31, 2021duetoa high moisture separator water level,ascaptured byCondition Report CR-21-00830. Thehigh moisture separator water levelissuspected tobea result ofmakeup water leaking bytheWaste GasCompressor 'B' Makeup Water Level Control Valve (LCV01032B). VCSNS will replace the LCV01032B diaphragm under WorkOrder (WO) 2104171 W hile restoration of the system is targeted for completion assoon asispracticable, VCSNSwill restore the system nolater than July31,2021 TheWaste GasSystem 'A' Train waspreviously tagged outfor preventative maintenance, which isongoing.
