SHINE Medical Technologies, LLC Application for an Operating License Response to Request for Additional Information Pursuant to 10 CFR Part 50.30, SHINE Medical Technologies, LLC (SHINE) submitted an application for an operating license for a medical isotope production facility to be located in Janesville, WI (Reference 1 ). In support of the SHINE application for an operating license for a medical isotope production facility, SHINE submitted the Physical Security Plan under separate cover (Reference 2). The NRC staff determined that additional information was required to enable the staffs continued review the SHINE Physical Security Plan (Reference 3). provides the SHINE response to the NRC staffs request for additional information. 1contains safeguards information, as defined in 10 CFR 73.2. SHINE requests that the NRG withhold Enclosure 1 from unauthorized disclosure under 10 CFR 73.21.
