This interim response addresses the search undertaken by the OIG for any studies reviewed by that office. In a prior FOIA request, FOIA-2016-0397, you made the same request of the OIG. There were no responsive records. This determination was affirmed in FOIA-2016-0088A. Thus, you have exhausted your administrative remedies with respect to the time period covered by your prior request. In response to this request, a new search was undertaken by the OIG for any studies reviewed by the OIG since that time and through August 21, 2017 (which is the date your request was received by the FOIA Office and tasked to the OIG). There were no responsive records located.
