Dear Ms. Turner:

Based on KHNP request and NRC approval, Dr. Ji Yong Oh has been assuming the role of KHNP reviewing official. KHNP wishes to designate Mr. Chang Hoi Kim as a new reviewing official and requests for NRC approval. His fingerprints were previously submitted and he is currently authorized access to safeguards information. Once Mr. Kim is approved as KHNP reviewing official, Dr. Oh will no longer act as KHNP reviewing official.
