SECY-21-0022 - HOLTEC INTERNATIONAL (HI-STORE CONSOLIDATED INTERIM STORAGE FACILITY), FASKEN LAND AND MINERALS APPEAL OF LBP-20-10 AND MOTION TO REOPEN The Commission0F1 approved a Memorandum and Order addressing an appeal by Fasken Land and Minerals, Ltd. and Permian Basin Land and Royalty Owners (together, Fasken) of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Boards decision denying Faskens motion to reopen the record and admit an amended contention, and to address Faskens motion to reopen the record and admit its proposed Contention 3. The Memorandum and Order denies the appeal and the motion.
(Subsequently, on April 28, 2021, the Secretary signed the Memorandum and Order.)
