Annual Financial Report for Year 2020 April 15, 2021 VPN-003-2021 Trojan ISFSI Docket 72-17 License SNM-2509 Portland General-Electric Company (PGE), with Eugene Water and Electric Board (EWES) and PacifiCorp, are the licensees for SNM-2509. PGE and PacifiCorp submit Form 10-0 reports to the Securities and Exchange Commi~sion (SEC). EWES is a government entity that does not submit a Form 10-Q with the SEC, or a Form, 1 with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. 7:"herefore, in acc_ordance with 10 CFR 72.S0(b), *only EWEB is required to submit an Annual Financial Report.
