ES-301 Operating Test Review Worksheet Form ES-301-7 Task standard and JPM updated.

JPM now SAT The KA doesnt match, since the KA is to operate and/or monitor in the control room. A1.03 is closer. Add to the end of the task standard with inlet and outlet isolation 201001 E valves close. One could argue once the variable control P2 2 A4.03 S knob is taken to 0% that CRD-FCV-2B has been removed from service.

JPM now SAT 264000 The PPM reference on the JPM setup page is incorrect.

P3 3 S A4.04 Corrected Regarding the examiner note on page 7 is the applicant goes to wrong train. The way the task standard is written, that is a correct statement. However, we generally do not pass people for performing actions on the incorrect train. To rectify this, modify the task standard to specify it must be accomplished on SGT-B, and if they go to SGT-A first, break SGT-A so they MUST go to SGT-B.

A2.07 Change task standard to venting has commenced and drywell pressure is lowering. In the JPM setup, note to turn off the annunciator horns for board S.

This is not alternate path. The steps taken are the same whether E-CB-21/2 auto trips or not. Step 8 is not a critical step because placing the control switch to trip will be performed whether E-CB-21/2 auto trips or not.

Steps 5 and 12 should be critical steps. With all that said, the task standard may need to be revised.

JPM now SAT This isnt truly alternate path the way the JPM is written, because you are starting in the alternate path (step 1 of a JPM cant be where the alternate path starts). Would prefer that the MG set trips after the JPM has started.

The only part of step 1 that is critical is to close EDR-V-

20. I dont think step 3 is critical. Since the step states if power is available, thus the RPS bus can be energized (task standard) without throttling the valve. If you want the step to be critical, it needs to be added to the task standard. Initiating cue should be to perform up to and including step 4.5. Add throttling RWCU-V-104 to the 212000 E task standard. Step 1 is not critical. Add step 4.5 to then S5 2 A2.01 S end of the JPM and make it critical, by failing the gland seal exhauster, that makes the JPM alternate path. Add non-critical step 8 corresponding to step 4.6 in the procedure.

Per discussions during validation week: Left the start of the scenario with RPS-MG-A already overcurrent tripped.

Left in the malfunction for EDR-V-20 to fail to automatically close, but it is no longer a critical step.

Changed Initiating Cue to take actions up to and including step 4.6. Added RWCU-V-104 Throttled to the task standard (remains a critical step due to the repercussions of the valve not being throttled with the Rev. 11
