Dear Mr. Eitniear:
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has received your January 13, 2021, letter (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Accession No. ML21077A245) that informed the NRC of the annual inspections that were conducted on January 11 and 12, 2021. You also requested new Safeguards Information (SGI) Courier Letters for the Composite Adversary Force members.
Based upon your documented inspections and documented commitments for the day-to-day operating procedures in support of SGI safekeeping and storage requirements, the NRC staff has determined that G4S continues to meet the regulatory requirements, as prescribed by Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations 73.21, for possession, handling and storage of SGI at its remote office locations.
NRC approval for G4S routine storage of SGI is limited to the approved remote office locations.
Request for consideration of additional facilities must be forwarded to the NRC and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. The new courier letters, per your request, are enclosed.
