Revision 5 of the SAR and Revision 4 of the LA incorporate the changes submitted via Reference [1], and as updated by Reference [2], along with additional changes to the Materials License and Technical Specifications requested by NRC Staff. Additional editorial changes are also included to update the SAR Tables of Contents, and to reflect the correct number of pages for Tables 4-2, E.3-1 and E.9-1. Finally, the LA is also updated to reflect changes to the ISP Management Board.
