Dear Sir or Madam:
In the application for Order approving indirect transfers of control of Licenses in connection with internal corporate reorganizations, submitted on November 19. 2020 (Reference).
Mr. Sam Shakir is specifically listed as President and CEO for "Orano USA LLC" and "Orano Decommissioning Holdings LLC". Mr. Shakir is also listed as an Officer and Vice President for "Accelerated Decommissioning Partners, LLC", "ADP CR3, LLC" and "ADP SF1, LLC". Mr. Shakir has since left Orano USA and has been replaced by Mr. Amir Vexler, who is President of Orano TN Americas. Mr. Vexler, as the President and CEO of Orano USA LLC, will serve in the same capacity as Mr. Shakir in the application for Order approving indirect transfers of control of Licenses in connection with internal corporate reorganizations, submitted on November 19. 2020.
Mr. Vexler is a United States Citizen and this leadership change does not affect the Negation Action Plan approved for ADP CR3, LLC.
Attached is a brief description of the roles and responsibilities of the new Orano USA President and CEO, Amir Vexler.
This letter contains no new regulatory commitments.

Amir is also President of TN Americas, Oranos industry leading provider of used nuclear fuel management, storage and transport.
With extensive international experience in the electric power industry, Amirs career includes manufacturing, engineering services, commercial operations, and business development.
Prior to joining Orano in 2019, Amirs leadership roles at Global Nuclear Fuel included chief executive officer, chairman of the board, chief operating officer, and vice president of Manufacturing/Supply Chain. Amir also held senior leadership positions with GE-Hitachi and the former GE Canada Nuclear Products.
