TN-40 Packaging Safety Analysis Report, Revision 16, June 2011 In accordance with 10 CFR 71.38, TN Americas LLC (TNA) submits an application to renew Certificate of Compliance (CoC) No. 9313 for the TN-40 Transport Package that expires on June 30, 2021 [1]. The existing CoC references the Transnuclear, Inc. application dated August, 2006, as supplemented [2]. A consolidated application, including changes that are incorporated by reference in the existing certificate, is not submitted with this application for renewal.
