31310018D0001/31310018F0091 P00012 The purpose of this task order modification is to exercise Option Period 2, Pursuant to FAR Clause 52.217-9 OPTION TO EXTEND THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT (MAR 2000), thereby extending the period of performance from April 01, 2021 through March 31, 2022. Accordingly, the task order is modified as follows:
SECTION F. 1 TASK/DELIVERY ORDER PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE (SEP 2013) is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
This task order shall commence on August 08, 2018 and will expire on March 31, 2022. The term of this task order may be extended at the option of the Government for an additional one 1-year Option Periods. The option periods of this task order will only be exercised should the base contract option periods be exercised. If exercised Section I.8 Clause 52.217-9 OPTION TO EXTEND THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT. (MAR 2000) is applicable.
Exercised Period (Base & Option Period One): August 08, 2018 through March 31, 2022 Remaining Option Period(s):
Option Period Three: April 01, 2022 - March 31, 2023 (End of Clause)
All other terms and conditions of the task order remain the same.
